nstat.run_full_paper_examples(repo_root)

Run every native paper-example experiment and collect summary metrics.

Executes the eight native experiments (experiment1 through experiment6, including the 3b and 5b variants) with their default settings and returns each one’s scalar summary. Figures are not exported; the paper dataset is fetched on first use via nstat.data_manager.ensure_example_data() (roughly 150 MB).

Parameters:

repo_root (pathlib.Path) – Repository root, used by experiment6 to locate the bundled hybrid filter fixture.

Returns:

Maps experiment names ("experiment1", "experiment2", "experiment3", "experiment3b", "experiment4", "experiment5", "experiment5b", "experiment6") to their dictionaries of summary metrics.

Return type:

dict of str to dict of str to float

Raises:

FileNotFoundError – If the example data is unavailable and cannot be downloaded (for example when NSTAT_OFFLINE=1 is set).
